The Problem
The website is facing a high bounce rate, indicating that visitors are leaving quickly without engaging further. Potential issues contributing to this include slow loading times, unclear design, irrelevant content, Users having 2 to 3 steps of clicks (longer touch point)from the landing page to view any property, and navigation difficulties.
Addressing these by improving speed, design, content relevance, and navigation can help reduce the bounce rate, increase engagement, and improve overall performance.
My Solution
I reworked the Berkly website putting in mind some issues Identified from the previous website. Examples are: High bounce rate on the landing page – Users had 2 to 3 steps of clicks (longer touch point)from the landing page to view any property;
I introduced a brochure button to get more details about the product; Instant contact button to engage immediately from the product page; a share feature to enable visitors to share a product URL with potential buyers; a well-organized content blog to improve engagement and a search filter on the landing page to enable visitors to find a product easily.
